The chef for the wine dinner on July 12th will be Chef KJ Kinser – a homegrown culinary talent with deep roots in the North Fork Valley.
KJ got his start right here in Paonia, working in local kitchens as a teen before heading to culinary school and sharpening his craft in some of Denver’s top restaurants for over 15 years. From there, he became the regional chef for Yard House, helped open Needle Rock Brewing Company, and served as executive chef at Devil’s Kitchen in Grand Junction. He’s also taught with the culinary school in Grand Junction, sharing his passion and skills with the next generation of chefs.
Chef KJ brings a creative, confident, and Colorado-inspired style to the table, and we can’t wait to share what he’s cooking up for this special evening.
