Colorado’s Slow Food Western Slope functions as a chapter of Slow Food USA, a non-profit educational organization.  The Western Slope is rich in farms, orchards, ranches, vineyards and the arts and epitomizes the concepts of Slow Food – people live Slow Food.

Through a vast volunteer network of local chapters, youth and food communities, Slow Food USA  links the pleasures of the table with a commitment to protect the community, culture, knowledge and environment that make this pleasure possible.
